USDA Whole Chickens Are Available Now
After four years of building, paperwork, inspections, upgrades, stress, learning, and refusing to quit, Neiffer Ranch Poultry is officially USDA inspected—and our whole chickens are available now.
You can find them at the Richland Farmers Market, through our buying clubs, or by arranging pickup at the ranch in Lexington, Oregon.
Chicken parts are coming soon as we begin expanding beyond whole birds.
We raise the chickens here on our ranch and process them in our own small USDA-inspected poultry facility. Our chickens are air-dried before packaging and are never dipped in bleach.
What does not go into the package does not go to waste—it goes into our compost system to help build soil and grow better pasture.
